Long Before There was CGI....

Way back during the mid 80s, people had to be quite creative and skilled when trying to make visually impactful TV commercials. After all, special effects back them were very rare and expensive to make, so agencies had to make due with more "traditional" ways to create visually memorable scenes. One of the best examples I've found so far was this Isuzu Gemini ad that was aired in Japan back in 1986. The driving team had to pull some pretty dangerous and well choreographed stunts in order to make this ad memorable, and I think they have succeeded.
